Paper supplier takes 60,000 sq ft warehouse

PAPER supplier Elliott Baxter & Company has taken 60,000 sq ft at Parkway 60 in Trafford Park.

The firm is moving from premises in Mosley Road, Trafford Park, and has agreed a 10-year lease with landlord Property Alliance Group at £4.07/sq ft.

The high bay warehouse is on a self-contained 3.2-acre site.

Rick Davies of Davies Harrison said: “This was a great letting for our client and reinforces our longstanding belief that Trafford Park is the North West’s most successful industrial location and there is currently little stock available to meet the ever increasing demand from prospective investors and occupiers. We were pleased to have been able to secure this deal quickly and smoothly to the satisfaction of both parties.”
