Property briefs: Upmarket Bramhall scheme; Cassidy+Ashton and Conlon, and more…

A COMPANY called Cre8ive Developments (Sorto) is building nine new homes in Bramhall with funding support from NatWest.
Designed by architect Harold Baxter, the three-story development includes nine apartments and one penthouse unit.
Each unit will have folding glass walls so residents can create their own veranda or increase the size of their apartment’s lounge areas.
Director Lois O’Brien said: “We have come up with a very innovative development that has been expertly designed. The apartments we are building will be ideal for people with grown families who may be looking to downsize or for those who may own a property abroad but still want a base in England they can use for part of the year. It’s an exciting development which we believe will enhance the village.”
Cre8ive Developments (Sorto) was supported by NatWest’s Real Estate Finance team. Relationship Director Peter Howarth obtained funding for the scheme. The amount was not disclosed.
