Property briefs: LPC’s housing plan for Ordsall; Solution Builders; Stamford House

SALFORD-based LPC Living has announced plans for 140 homes on the site of a former district centre in Ordsall.
The scheme, designed by Cheshire-based Mimar architects, would be a mix of houses and apartments.
LPC is also proposing public realm improvements to the area outside the Ordsall community café.
The plans will be available at three public consultation events in the coming weeks.
LPC marketing manager Scott Neal said: “We have worked closely with Salford City Council and the local community for the past 10 years to help transform the area with quality, affordable homes and much needed new amenities. The former district centre is an important site at the heart of the estate and its redevelopment will help further transform Ordsall.”
