Appointments: PwC takes on 37 graduates; Kerfoot joins Aaron & Partners

PRICEWATERHOUSECOOPERS in the North West has appointed 37 new graduates to work across its two offices in Liverpool and Manchester.
The graduates, the majority of whom will be studying for the Association of Chartered Accountants (ACA) qualification, will work in the firm’s assurance, business recovery, forensic, risk assurance, public sector, and tax departments.

PwC has recently been voted Top Graduate Employer of the Year award for the seventh year in a row and top Accountancy Employer of the Year for a tenth year by students.

A LAWYER from the North West has returned to the region after being appointed as a partner in Chester and Manchester-based Aaron & Partners’ planning, environmental and renewable energy team.
David Kerfoot, pictured, who is originally from Liverpool, joins Aaron & Partners after four and a half years in the Cardiff office of Eversheds, where he was associate.
The 42-year-old studied at the College of Law in Christleton, Chester, and qualified as a solicitor in 1993. Prior to moving into the private sector, he gained 12 years’ experience working as an in-house planning solicitor for local authorities.
He advises on all aspects of planning, regeneration and infrastructure projects and associated issues, and has recently advised on major wind farm developments and other renewable energy projects throughout England and Wales.
