Colwell breaks mould at Ford Campbell and other key appointments

FORD CAMPBELL, the North West corporate financier has broken the mould in the appointment of a new equity partner.

The Manchester group has appointed marketeer Andrew Colwell as an equity partner, to lead a growth drive in the region.

Mr Colwell, a former marketing director at Altrincham call centre and data firm LBM, joins founder Tony Ford and Chris Froggatt and Dave Cheetham in the partnership.

He said today: “I am delighted to become a partner in such a dynamic firm that is in an excellent position to take advantage of market conditions and make a major impact in the North West corporate community.

“Ford Campbell is already a highly-respected and successful player in the region, and having spent the last three months working closely with the team, I’ve already realised the strength of the talent within the business. I look forward to adding value as the firm moves into its next phase of development.”

Senior partner Tony Ford said: “Andrew brings a wealth of marketing experience to the business which will provide a catalyst for growth.  In the current market, deal origination initiatives are essential and Andrew’s skills and expertise will prove invaluable as Ford Campbell repositions its offering in the marketplace to include industry leading corporate mentoring and turnaround advice.”

Ford Campbell recently demerged from the general practice, which has now been renamed Campbell Woolley.

After leaving LBM Mr Colwell set up his own marketing agency. Prior to working for LBM the Everton fan worked for newspaper group Trinity Mirror.
