Vet moves into old library
A VET has opened a surgery in a former library near Manchester.
Ian McConnell Veterinary Practice has opened a new state-of-the-art facility after buying the building which was Mossley Library with support from NatWest and its relationship manager John Morgan.
Vet McConnell opened his first practice in Top Mossley in 2000 with a handful of staff, but15 years on it now has five veterinary surgeons, two registered veterinary nurses, four student nurses, five receptionists, a practice manager and assistant practice manager.
The practice provides care for more than 25,000 animals in the Mossley area.
