Over the last 18 months, the firm has invested a total of £2m overhauling its IT infrastructure, while hiring six new partners.

Looking forward, the firm said the strength of its balance sheet and cashflow – would allow it to continue investing in new hires.

Managing partner Mark Brandwood said: “Whilst many of our peers have struggled to remain competitive and viable, our teams continue to show that a clear focus on core commercial services, investment in talent and technology and a dedication to clients and their needs can drive growth in an uncertain market.

“Our underlying financial strength gives us both the faith and the firepower to invest more aggressively in developing and hiring the very best talent during the year ahead to capture a greater share of the market.”
