Wincanton sets pace at Crewe site
LOGISTICS firm Wincanton has taken space at CrossFlow380 in Crewe.
The company, advised by international real estate adviser Savills, has taken a sub-lease on distribution warehousing totalling 230,000 sq ft.
Industrial director at Savills, Stuart Murrary said: “Crossflow 380 benefits from a superb location close to the M6 which, combined with its flexible and first class industrial specification, made it an ideal solution for Wincanton.
“The letting forms part of the firm’s ongoing strategy to meet its customers’ needs by acquiring new sites.”
Savills also secured two units totalling 150,000 sq ft (13,935 sq m) at Heywood Distribution Park on behalf of Wincanton in late 2014.
