A BUSINESS Park in Runcorn is welcoming three new tenants.
Pass Property, and recruitment firms K² Technology and Appetite4Recruitment have moved into the The Heath.
Helen Pass, of Pass Property said: “The Heath is in a really good location for us and I always thought it would be a good place for when we took an office but I was amazed when we came to have a look round. It really has everything we need.
“Not only are the offices really well equipped but there’s the restaurant, shops, a hairdresser and loads of parking. There’s also just a really good feel to the place.”
K² Technology Ltd recruits staff for the construction industry specialising in project management, engineering and quantity surveying, and can also offer software support and database design.
Appetite4Recruitment serves the hospitality industry from locations all over the UK including Manchester, Leeds and Ellesmere Port and is opening a new office at The Heath to take advantage of the good transport links for both staff and clients.

MARCOL, represented jointly by Savills and Edwards & Co, has completed four new leasing deals at Westpoint on Chester Road in Manchester.
New tenants include Pertemps People Development and Central Manchester University Hospital’s NHS Foundation Trust, which have agreed five-year leases on office space totalling 3,439 sq ft and 3,545 sq ft respectively.
In addition, charity Mencap has doubled the space it occupies to 6,984 sq ft (648 sq m) and agreed a new 10-year lease. The Debt Advisor, which occupies 3,430 sq ft (319 sq m), has renewed its lease for a further five years.
Richard Lowe, associate director of office agency at Savills, said: “The recent spate of letting activity at Westpoint underlines its strength as a well priced option for occupiers who do not necessarily need to be in the city centre, but wish to benefit from the metro station, onsite gym, café and stunning views across the region. With eight transactions completed in the last 12 months, it is one of the best performing buildings in the region.”
Quoting rents at Westpoint start at £7.50 per sq ft, with business accommodation from 1,400 sq ft to 7,000 sq ft currently available.

FAMILY owned property company Bruntwood is welcoming creative agency Pulsar to Abney Hall, the Grade-II listed building in Cheadle, near Manchester
Founded in 1999, Pulsar work with pharmaceutical and healthcare sectors, providing bespoke brand and marketing solutions to clients such as the NHS, Novartis and Teva. Their services include campaign planning, digital media and brand optimisation. Following a move from Cheadle Heath, Pulsar’s new suite at Abney Hall will act as the company’s new head office.

BIFFA Waste Services, represented by international real estate advisor Savills, has sublet Fraser Place at Trafford Park in Manchester to Bidvest Freight Services.
The logistical and supply chain solutions provider, which specialises in the hospitality and restaurant sector, has agreed a new seven-year sublease for the 208,000 sq ft (12,323 sq m) warehouse. It will pay an annual rent of £988,000.
Trafford Park is one of Europe’s largest dedicated industrial estates, covering 1,300 acres (527 hectares). Fraser Place is located in the Electric Park area of the site, where Kellog’s, L’Oreal and Associated British Foods occupy national distribution centres.
Stuart Murray, industrial director at Savills, said: “With three motorway junctions nearby and Manchester International Freight Terminal situated within the estate, Trafford Park offers an ideal location for major logistics firms such as Bidvest.
