Office space up for grabs in iconic building

The 1,384sq ft suite in the Grade II listed building on King Street in the heart of the city’s commercial has been put up for grabs by property company Matthews and Goodman.
Designed by Fairhurst and Michael Waterhouse, the building was originally built for the Manchester Ship Canal Company and was completed in 1929.
After undergoing extensive refurbishment in 2008, Ship Canal House now offers mixed use accommodation including retail and office space.
Steve Brittle from Matthews & Goodman’s national business space team commented, “Ship Canal House offers an occupier a high specification office suite in an iconic building in the heart of Manchester city centre, with all the amenities and facilities that a location such as this has to offer.”
