The sale to Deutsche Asset and Wealth Management from M&G Real Estate was completed by Knight Frank.

The property has a captial value of £326 psf with a yield of 6.6%.

The prime Grade A office building is situated on Norfolk Street within Manchester’ prime core.

It extends to 53,047sq ft and has 52 basement parking spaces. Internally the building provides flexible floor plates up to 11,000sq ft.
