MANCHESTER-based land and property investment company HIMOR is celebrating achieving a full house at Clarence House.

Silven Recruitment, a specialist in the food manufacturing and legal sectors, has taken the last remaining suite of 1,711 sq ft which sees the building fully let following its comprehensive refurbishment in 2013.

The company has taken a second floor suite for the relocation of its Manchester office. Ian Simkins, director at Silven, commented on the move “We are really pleased to be moving into Clarence House as it is perfect for our ambitious growth plans.”

Emma Powell of the OBI Transactions and Asset Management Team “Silven Recruitment were keen to find a high quality building which matched the profile and image of the business and Clarence House did just that.”
HIMOR’s refurbishment of Clarence House transformed the building which now boasts an impressive tenant line-up of 11 companies with a representation across the property, financial services, recruitment, IT and waste management sectors.

Paul Codling of HIMOR reflected on a successful letting campaign “We recognised that this part of the city was a fantastic location for occupiers.

“Clarence House oozes personality and, following completion of the refurbishment in 2013, the building has enjoyed an envious profile in the Manchester market and once again is talk of the town.
