Lettings latest: Pure Legal Cost Consultants & SkinViva

A FIRM of legal services specialists has taken a 4,000sq ft office unit at Tiger Court in Liverpool’s Kings Business Park.

Pure Legal Consts Consultants has taken a two-year lease on the property.

The letting was secured by CBRE’s Liverpool office on behalf of Carleton Estates.

Pure Legal was launched on April 1 and provides an array of legal services to the industry. It was set up by businessman Phi Hodgkinson, former owner of Compass Costs Consultants which was told to Quindell Portfolio for £14m.

NON-surgical cosmetic treatment specialist SkinViva has expanded its Manchester premises.

The company, which currently occupies about 1,700sq ft at 1 Burton Place in the Castlefield area of the city has taken a further 1,049sq ft at No 5 on a three-year lease at a rental of £15.000 per sq ft.

Originally developed by Urban Splash in 2005, Burton Place comprises apartments on upper floors with a number of self-contained commercial units on the ground floor.

Canning O’Neill and Mills & Reeve acted on behalf of the landlord, a private investor. SkinViva was represented by SM Commercial Solicitors.
