Top-end shake-up at financial specialist

LIVERPOOL-headquartered economic, financial and management specialist AMION Consulting is expanding its ownership with the addition of Andrew Wallis as a shareholder director.
The company says the move builds upon the continued growth of the business which last year successfully launched a specialist visitor economy and leisure advisory service.
AMION, which has been operating for more than 15 years, provides strategic and technical advice to clients across the UK.
The company includes a team of economists, chartered accountants and other professionals.
Its current clients include Peel Holdings, the Homes and Communities Agency, HS2 Limited and Your Housing Group.
It also works with a number of local authorities, including Birmingham, Liverpool and Manchester councils.
As part of its restructuring, the company is also announcing that Tim Johnston will become chairman and Graham Russell will become chief executive.
Johnston said: “We are delighted to announce Andy’s new position.
“He was taken on as our first graduate and has developed to a stage where he will play a leading role in the future of the business.”
Wallis joined AMION as a graduate, achieved his M. Phil in Economics from Manchester University in 2012, and now leads AMION’s work in economic impact assessments in relation to strategic projects.
