Prospective crowdfunders invited to event

AN event is taking place in Liverpool for people interested in taking part in property crowdfunding.
It has been organised by online property investment and online platform Property Moose.
The concept allows investors to take stakes from £500 upward in properties. They are then rented for a predetermined length of time, typically three years, to generat a monthly income for investors, who also share in any capital growth once the properties are sold.
The event takes place at Oh Me Oh My on Water Street at 6.30pm on Wednesday, May 27.
Attendees will get advice from a tax expert on the implications of equity-based crowdfunding as well as insights from a local property expert, Sean Marshall about the Liverpool property market’s recent past, present and future.
