IT firm on cloud nine after 40% growth

MACCLESFIELD-based IT firm Axon has re-launched as a cloud computing specialist and enjoying 40% growth.

The firm’s success during its transition to a cloud provider saw 2014 mark a record year for Axon, with revenues increasing from £1.136m to £1.585m.

The move enables the firm to help businesses remain flexible to safeguard their future and follows a 40% increase in trading for Axon during 2014.

Founded in 2001 as an IT support company, Axon began shifting focus towards cloud computing in 2011.
