Appointments: Deloitte; LPC Living; Colliers International & more

DELOITTE has announced the promotion of four new partners and nine directors in its North West practice, marking the firm’s largest partnership intake nationally, with a large proportion based outside of London.
This represents a major investment in the business advisory firm’s people and services and is further evidence of Deloitte’s strong regional network.
The four new North West partners are: Jo Ahmed, Brendan Burgess, Chris Rix (all Tax) and Barry Crichton (Deloitte Real Estate). The nine directors are: Elizabeth Benson, James Meadowcroft and Danny Jones (all Audit); Avril Edney (Tax); Richard Harrison (Restructuring Services); Austin Houlihan (Sports Business Group); Ian Hughes (Forensic); Paul Leather (Transaction Services) and Michael Krupa (Corporate Finance).
The promotions follow the recent announcement of Richard Bell taking on the role of managing partner, regional markets.

LPC Living, the organisation behind the £100m regeneration project in Ordsall, Salford, has made two strategic appointments to its property development team.
Natalie Earnest joins the Salford-based regeneration company as a development surveyor and will be working on the Heart of Ordsall development framework, which looks set to deliver another 140 new homes to the area.
Earnest, who previously worked as a development officer at housing charity, Creative Solutions, will be undertaking due diligence for new property and land searches and delivering schemes under the framework.
The appointments also include development surveyor Nicholas Hart, who will be working with the development team regarding potential property acquisitions and the identification and acquisition of new projects whilst advising sister-company, the Pervaiz Naviede Family Trust, in its portfolio expansion.
Hart has previously worked as a data analyst for Sperry Rail International.
LPC Living is currently delivering a £100m regeneration project in Ordsall and will be submitting plans for a further 200 new homes over the next six months within the framework.
These new homes are in addition to the 525 already built by the company in the area.

REAL estate adviser Colliers International has boosted its offering to the industrial and logistics market in the North West of England with the appointment of Richard Owen as surveyor.
He joins the Manchester office from Maryland Securities where as commercial property surveyor he managed a portfolio of industrial, office, retail and leisure properties throughout the North West of England with key tasks including leasing, rent reviews, development, refurbishment, viewings and the generation of new business leads.
His role at Colliers will be to deal with all aspects of industrial agency work including sales and lettings of industrial facilities throughout the North West of England and the acquisition of properties for clients.

AIR-serv, has appointed Nolan Redshaw to help it expands its high-end valeting and car wash sites throughout the North West.
Based in Wigan, AIR-serv is a wholly owned subsidiary of CSC Service Works, a US Group employing over 3,000 people with global revenues of £1.5bn.
Having trialled a new model for their concept sites in Stirling, they are now looking to role the model out across the North.
