Recruitment firm set for growth with £5.75m funding stream

TAILOURED Recruitment Services (TRS), which provides temporary warehousing and logistics staff to the retail sector, has secured new funding to grow the business.

TRS has refinanced its existing facilities and secured additional working capital totalling £5.75m with Barclays, helping secure the employment of over 2700 staff throughout the UK.

Established in 2005, TRS is headquartered in St Helens with five regional offices providing nationwide cover to major UK retailers and automotive manufacturing companies.

Alan O’Grady, Director at TRS said “TRS has achieved significant organic growth which has seen the company increase turnover in recent years. The deal was arranged by Steve Butler and Gemma Bergqvist of Barclays Corporate Banking team in Liverpool and TRS were advised by Paul Rothwell of Myersons Accountants in Ormskirk.
