LINDER Myers Solicitors has strengthened its management team with the appointment of Anita Saini-Golding as Head of Marketing.
Saini-Golding is an experienced marketing and business development professional who has held senior roles at international, national and regional professional services firms including Clyde & Co, Halliwells, PwC and Deloitte.
As head of marketing, she will work closely with the main board, department heads and senior lawyers to identify market opportunities and implement marketing strategies.
She said: “I am excited by the opportunities that my role at Linder Myers presents.
“The firm provides a unique blend of individual and business legal services and I am looking forward to working with the team and finding new and innovative ways to help grow the business.”

AGENT Marketing’s Liverpool office has announced the appointment of three new members of staff who have joined the growing, full-service organisation.
James Harper, previously of Marie Curie, has joined Agent as a videographer to develop the agency’s digital media and audio-visual offering, supporting Agent’s creative department.
University of Liverpool graduate, Jacob Bolton, has been recruited by the agency as a public relations executive within Agent’s communications team.
Liam Lewis, also joins the agency as an apprentice, working as a project support officer. He will develop his skills at Agent Marketing with on-the-job training through a programme supported by Liverpool & Sefton Chamber of Commerce.
The trio will be working at the agency’s offices in Liverpool’s Baltic Triangle and London’s Hoxton.

HEATH Thomas has been appointed head of real estate, Greater Manchester, at NatWest.
Thomas will lead the team of 15 bank managers based in Manchester looking after SME clients in the sector.
This includes supporting all aspects of real estate finance from development loans to investment loans, across all real estate sub sectors and including senior and non senior debt where appropriate.
He and his team, which has more than 100 years of specialist experience between them, are committed to assisting new and existing customers to meet their business growth aspirations.
Thomas joined NatWest in 2014 and has worked as a Real Estate Director in Manchester. He has 18 years’ banking experience and has an MBA qualification from Manchester Business School.

TWO barristers from London-based sets have relocated to Manchester to join Kings Chambers.
Helen Trotter has joined from Pump Court Chambers and specialises in employment, and personal injury. In 2010 she was appointed to the Attorney General’s panel of approved counsel and appears for a variety of Government departments.
Richard Borrett has joined from 3 Paper Buildings and specialises in clinical negligence and personal injury.
Colin Griffin, chief clerk of Kings Chambers, said: “We’re proud that our national reputation and that of Manchester is attracting London-based barristers to relocate to the city.
“We are servicing work which routinely went to London counsel just a few years ago and this is seeing our members work on increasingly large and more complex cases.”

PRESTON’S College has confirmed the appointment of a head of division to manage the delivery of its new real work skills curriculum ahead of the opening of the £13m iSTEM Centre in September.
Kevin Burke, from Preston, has a wealth of STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Maths) experience built up over a career spanning 34 years and joins Preston’s College from STEMNET.
As head of division – iSTEM (innovation and STEM) Burke will manage the delivery and development of high quality education programmes.

CHAFES Solicitors has appointed Daniel Woodcock as associate and head of commercial property.
Woodcock joins Chafes from Turner Parkinson, having previously spent 10 years at DLA Piper.
Describing himself as a commercial property ‘all-rounder’, Daniel has a clear vision to grow what is already a well-established commercial property team.
