Appointments: JLL; Exchange Chambers; every1 & more

PROPERTY consultant JLL has promoted 14 of is North West team across 11 specialisms as part of a national wave of promotions.

The promotions include an appointment to regional director level – Heather Morrey in property and asset management – and two appointments to national director level – James Porteous of the national investment team and Jonathan Wiedemann in buildings & construction.

In the residential agency team, Louise Emmott has become a local director and Tina Clinton an associate director.

In addition Andrew Lynn (industrial and logistics), Frazer Sandwith (planning and development) and Carol Stollery (property and asset management) have all been promoted to local directors.

Matt Harber (corporate accounts), Louise Hunter (retail management), Georgina Rose (valuation advisory), Rosie Williams (property and asset management) and Timothy Russell (buildings and construction) have all been promoted to associate director and Andrew Rands is now a senior surveyor in office agency.

Two new team members have also joined the firm’s ranks – Anna Roberts as a surveyor on its building consultancy team and Stuart Collier as senior surveyor in valuation advisory.

EXCHANGE Chambers has continued its expansion by welcoming property and commercial specialist Andrew Williams as the latest member of its Liverpool set.
 
Williams, who was called to the Bar in 1994, joins Exchange Chambers from Atlantic Chambers.

FULL service marketing agency every1 has created two new jobs with the appointments of business development and client account specialists.
 
Business development executive Chris Higgins, and account executive Luke Rossall are based at the agency’s Preston headquarters.

EXPERIENCED corporate finance professional John Davies has joined Seneca Partners at its base in Haydock, Merseyside as an investment director in the EIS Investment team.

Davies has gained more than10 years corporate finance and business recovery experience working in the transaction services and the business recovery teams of Robson Rhodes and BDO, before moving into a lead advisory role with Clearwater Corporate Finance.

Combining his transactional experience of both sell-side and buy-side roles, he will be responsible for assisting in the growth, monitoring and transacting of the Seneca EIS Investment Service’s portfolio of companies.

Davies said: “This is an excellent opportunity for me to work alongside a highly regarded, respected management team, in a dynamic business with a first class service offering.

CREWE accountancy and business advisory firm Banks Sheridan has recruited two new members of staff, only months after its last recruitment drive early in 2015.

The company has welcomed Liz Faulkner as client manager and Sharon Surman as office manager.
