Pochin’s gets £9.5m Castlefield build
CONSTRUCTION and property development specialist Pochin’s Ltd has landed a £9.5m contract to build DeTrafford Estates Group’s 75,000sq ft residential development in Manchester’s Castlefield district.
Developers are aiming homes ideal for families and young professionals at The Roof Gardens at One Ellesmere Street.
Unique to the project are the rooftop gardens framed with a crown of corten steel.
Pochin Construction managing director Jonathan Pochin said: “It is a privilege to be involved with a project that will provide more than 70 new homes for people in Manchester city centre.
