Sharks scrum down with new sponsorship

SALE Sharks is enjoying some of the feel-good factor around the sport thanks to the Rugby World Cup.

The premiership club has signed a three-year hospitality sponsorship agreement with Stockport company C&C Insurance Brokers.

The deal which features naming rights of the club’s main hospitality suite at the AJ Bell Stadium, is the biggest hospitality suite sponsorship deal in the club’s history.

The club said it has had a relationship with C&C Insurance since 2012 and the decision to renew the partnership comes a year ahead of schedule. It also includes the sponsorship of Sale Sharks centre Johnny Leota.

Andrew Lamb, head of partnerships at Sale Sharks said: “The relationship between Sale Sharks and C&C Insurance Brokers has gone from strength to strength over the last few years. The C&C Insurance Suite is an integral part of our hospitality offering to our corporate guests, which has been hugely successful since our move to the AJ Bell Stadium.

“The partnership provides a unique platform for C&C to reach the club’s core corporate guests, gaining maximum exposure to our regional and national clients.”
