Appointments: Glaisyers take on four; Goldstraw joins IVE & new starters at DJD

MANCHESTER law firm, Glaisyers Solicitors, has four new additions to its legal team with the appointment of trainee solicitors, Annie Withey and Kevin Rimmer and the qualification of Caroline Gaskell and Leanne Donnelly.
Withey, 33, previously managed a catering company for nearly 10 years before deciding to pursue a legal career. She will work in the firm’s corporate and commercial department.
Rimmer, 23, graduated from Lancaster University with a first class law degree. He has already spent a year as a paralegal at Fletchers Solicitors in Southport and starts his training in Glaisyers’ commercial property department.
Newly qualified solicitors, Gaskell, 25, and Donnelly, 24, who began as trainees in September 2008, now take up permanent positions within the firm in the commercial property and family departments, respectively.

IVE Global, the full service technical public relations and marketing agency based in Salford Quays has taken on Dee Goldstraw as a senior account manager.
Goldstraw has joined from Realm PR, where she has worked for the last five years. At IVE Global, she will handle a portfolio of clients which includes CMS Acoustics, CMS Vibrations and Regupol Acoustics Middle East.
Director Louise Matthews said: “IVE has grown quickly over the last 12 months and it is important that we put the infrastructure in place to continue to deliver for clients. We are really pleased to have attracted someone of Dee’s calibre to the business.”

PROPERTY consultant Drivers Jonas Deloitte has made two new appointments to its Manchester office.
Angela Morgan joins the firm’s sustainability team as an adviser with experience in both the education and health sectors.
Jason Sharman moves to Manchester from Drivers Jonas Deloitte’s London office and will join the valuations team.
Since joining the firm in 2006, he has worked with a number of high profile clients including Royal Bank of Scotland and Credit Suisse Asset Management as well as extending his experience in Supermarket valuations.
