Amec takes floor in biggest Warrington deal of 2015

ENGINEERING group Amec Foster Wheeler has taken the first floor of Washington House at Brichwood, Warrington in the biggest letting in the town of 2015.

Amec took the 25,210sq ft space of the 52,000sq ft building with Pin Property Consultancy.

Washington House has been comprehensively refurbished to provide high quality grade A accommodation benefiting from full access raised floor and air conditioning.

The ground floor of 26,63 sq ft is still available for immediate occupation.

The building is situated proximately within a stone’s throw of Birchwood Park and benefits from a plethora of local amenities.

The deal follows hot on the heels of a record year for Pin Property Consultancy with 77,066sq ft of accommodation let in its Warrington portfolio.

Pin Property’s newly-appointed commercial and marketing manager Salah Wagu said: “We believe the quality of our refurbishments will continue to attract strong occupier interest. Discussions are ongoing with numerous parties for the ground floor accommodation.”
