Triple letting at 82 King Street

THREE new occupiers have been secured at the high profile offices at 82 King Street in central Manchester.

BMO Real Estate Partners has secured a deal with executive recruitment company Odgers Berndtson – relocating from Manchester International Office Centre – for it to take 3,525sq ft.

Cognitive Publishing, which was previously based at 86 Deansgate, will take 2,830sq ft on the second floor.

The news follows hot on the heels of the recent announcement that Channel 4 has taken a 10-year lease of 5,055sq ft at the building.

Quoting rental levels at the building are at £32 per sq ft.

82 King Street is a landmark 14-storey office building providing Grade A office accommodation ranging from 2,557sq ft to 6,118sq ft.  It is home to a number of high profile occupiers including Credit Suisse, Caunce O’Hara, Zeus Capital and AXA.

WHR, Bilfinger GVA and TSG are the retained joint letting agents.

Harry Skinner of WHR said: “We are very pleased to announce this flurry of recent letting activity at 82 King Street, which continues to attract significant interest.

“Following these latest lettings only two floors now remain available, which is testament to the building’s exceptional accommodation and location in the heart of the city’s prime office core.”
