Leading lights to judge 2016 Masters Awards
FOUR leading business figures, including two former winners, are among the judges for the 2016 North West Business Masters Awards.
Sponsored by leading corporate finance firm Convex Capital, nominations for the Masters Awards remain open. The awards recognise excellence, acheievement, enterprise and entrepreneurship and take will place at the Midland Hotel in Manchester on March 10.
The independent judges, who will be joined by representatives from headline sponsor Convex, are: Damian Waters, North West director of CBI; food and beverage sector investor and operator Richard O’Sullivan the chairman of Boost Juice Bars and before that Millies Cookies; tech entrepreneur Simon Swan, co-founder of Manchester-based Hiring Hub and Paul Griffifths, chaiman of the Monastery, Manchester.
Hiring Hub , an online recruitment market place plaform, was a winner of the Innovator category at the Masters Awards in 2013, while the Monastery won the Pride Award, for an outstanding contribution to its local community in 2015.
