Clarence House sold for £7m

MANCHESTER city centre office building Clarence House has been sold to CBRE Global Investors for nearly £7m by land an property company HIMOR.

The building, purchased by HIMOR in 2011 £2.8m, went for £6.94m representing a net initial yield of 5.62%.

HIMOR carried out comprehensive refurbishment of the imposing 19th century building which provides 17,515sp ft of office space.

“Its enviable location and contemporary office space is a fantastic draw for occupiers, and the building itself has undergone a complete transformation.
