Recruitment company on a ‘Role’ expands

FORWARD Role Recruitment has expanded into larger premises in Bolton totalling 1,780sq ft.

The specialist in the recruitment of marketing, digital, analytics and creative professionals is increasing its take up of Orbit Developments’ complex at The Courtyard.

It is the fourth time Foward Role has moved within the Orbit portfolio since its inception in 2008, and its staff has doubled in size to 20 during 2015.

It has also opened a Manchester office as it embarks on its quest to dominate the digital and marketing recruitments sector in the North West and break into the London and international markets.

Managing director Steve Thompason said: “We’ve got a unique approach to service, with values focused on ethical practice, high levels of expert industry knowledge and building client relationships with a focus on personality and trust.

“As a result, one of our biggest sources of new business this year was through referral, which is phenomenal in a traditionally sales led industry.”
