Preston hotel on market for £5.5m

TWO Holiday Inn Express branded hotels in Preston and Kettering have been put on the market for £5.5m and £8m respectively.

Cushman & Wakefield has been instructed by a private investor to market the hotels, totalling 223 rooms.

Both hotels are being offered for sale freehold with vacant possession and benefit from franchise agreements with IHG.

Holiday Inn Express Preston South, opened in 2012, is located just off junction 29 of the M6.

Comprising 103 en-suite guest bedrooms averaging 322sq ft, the hotel benefits from three meeting rooms, a bar, restaurant, ground-floor reception and free on-site parking for 110 vehicles.  

Holiday Inn Express Kettering is located on the A43 close to junction 7 of the A14. Its 120 guest bedrooms have an average size of 247sq ft including en-suite bathrooms.
