CBRE’s Manchester office has appointed Amanda Wyatt as a surveyor within its Asset Services team.
 
She joins from The Emerson Group where she has worked as a portfolio surveyor for the ;ast three years.

In her new role at CBRE, Wyatt will work with clients to help maximise commercial real estate value by aligning building operational performance with broader business objectives.

Sophie Weinnman, associate director for the Asset Services team in Manchester, said:
“We are confident that with Amanda’s current knowledge and experience within the industry, she will bring plenty of skill and talent to our expanding department.”

Wyatt added: “I look forward to working on the team’s diverse and high-profile client base.”

ANDREW Gregory has joined Leonard Curtis Business Solutions Group as in-house legal counsel — a new position created by the insolvency specialist to provide corporate/SME clients and advisers with a breadth of services regionally and at national level.
Gregory will be working out of the Group’s Manchester office in Spinningfields.  However, his skills and legal expertise will be utilised across the firm’s 11 locations nationwide.
He garnered extensive experience in restructuring, commercial and financial litigation at the Manchester office of business law firm DWF, where he worked for 25 years in a number of roles, including managing partner and head of Business Restructuring.
