Cheshire cafe bar and restaurant up for grabs

FOLKS  Café Bar & Restaurant in the historic Cheshire market town of Sandbach is on the market for £350,000.

Leisure property specialist Fleurets has been instructed by car trader Phillip Nuttall to market his freehold investment in the outlet.

The 10-year lease runs from June 2015 with an annual rent of £30,000. The listed property was completely renovated and refurbished in December 2013, when it was transformed from a retail unit.

The current freehold owner Phillip Nuttall said: “I am not in the leisure industry and my business is in car sales. Although the building of the Folks has been within the family ownership for a number of years, I think now I am better able to use the capital in my own business, hence the reason for the sale.”
