No room left at industrial estate

PAGEFIELD Industrial Estate in Wigan is now fully let.

Acting on behalf of Timetoke Ltd, Nolan Redshaw confirmed a recently letting of a 10,000sq ft space at the site means the 130,000sq ft facility is now full.

Jonathan Pickles, Surveyor at Nolan Redshaw, said: “We were delighted to assist Timetoken as we acquired the site for them last year.
 
“The voids have now been filled and which significantly enhances their investment.”
