Fortis set to buy prime property in Green Quarter

FORTIS Developments has exchanged contracts to buy a development site close to Manchester’s Victoria Station.

The property at Green Quarter Block 7 has consent for the development of 16 floors of residential apartments with two undercroft floors for car parking.

It will be one of the final stages of construction at the popular Green Quarter Development.

Altrincham law firm Myerson Solicitors  acted for Fortis in the transaction.

Andrew Chapman the commercial property partner who led the Myerson team said: ‘’We are very pleased to have worked with Fortis in this important and complex transaction.

“The final development will result in 146 city centre apartments with ancillary facilities. This is one of the most high profile residential development schemes currently being undertaken in the city centre.’’
