Warehouse sold for nearly £2.5m

PARK Mill – a 53,000sq ft manufacturing and distribution facility in Rochdale – has been sold to The Bitish Millerain Company for nearly £2.5m.

BC Real Estate, the recently-launched independent property consultancy founded by John Barton and Gary Chapman – acting on behalf of Crown Oil Executive Pension Fund completed the deal.

The transaction, BC’s first, took place less than two weeks after they set the company up.

Director Barton said: “We are very happy to have completed our first deal so soon after launching our new company and in particular, a deal involving such well-established and reputable companies.”
