Waterside Apartment gets new management

THE residential management team at national commercial property advisers Matthews & Goodman has been appointed to provide property and asset management services on Waterside Apartments in Liverpool.

The apartments on William Jessop Way at Prince’s Dock consist of 135 units with a stacking car park and extended car parking.

Matthews & Goodman will provide a full management service on the property on behalf of Half Tide Dock Management Company including service charge, rent collection, health and safety, and asset management.

Matthews & Goodman’s national residential block management team, which is based in the firm’s offices on Old Hall Street, now manages over 750 residential units in Liverpool, including 40 – 44 Pall Mall and Grade II listed The Albany. The team is supported by a Liverpool based accounts team.

The instruction follows the appointment of Paul Boothman as head of residential property management.
