Bruntwood Ellipse rides back into town

A CHARITY bike ride that caters for all ages and abilities is set to return to Cheshire this month.

Cyclists partaking in the Bruntwood Ellipse bike ride will be setting off from Booths Park, Knutsford with three new routes to enjoy.

The event will take place on Sunday September 25 and offers advanced cyclists a 100km route which crosses two county borders and tackles some of the highest climbs in the Peak District.

For less confident cyclists, the Mini Ellipse is ideal with just a 40km leisurely ride through the Cheshire country lanes to conquer.

The third route – The Family Ellipse – is designed for all ages and consists of a 15 km bike ride cutting through Knutsford’s leafy back lanes.

Bruntwood Ellipse also have three professional cyclists attending for riders to gain tips or even ride alongside. All money raised will be donated to the Bruntwood charity.
