Floorscan’s big contract sounds good

CHESHIRE-based acoustic Floorscan Acoustics has complete on its biggest projects – at MediaCityUK.
The company was appointed by dock10 for a major conversion on level one of the studios of the digital media service provider.
Dock10 as enhanced its offering by opening an additional new post-production hub with the support of Floorscan.
‘The Quay’ is located in the heart of the campus, and offers a boutique feel featuring high-end technology in a creative but relaxed environment.
Floorscan acted as principal contractor on the scheme, including design, specification and build of the project, and now completed, it includes:

Floorscan Acoustics began life as a floor soundproofing company established in Liverpool in 1994. Its reputation and range of services has grown rapidly and having run the company as manager for five years, in 2015, Simon Donald bought the business.
The now £1m turnover company, now headquartered in Cheshire, supplies and installs specialist acoustic products and systems to a range of UK wide customers including those in the construction, music and broadcast industries, but have also become specialists in the education and elite residential sector.
