Awards to celebrate the North’s life science sector

KEY players in the North’s thriving life science sector will be recognised at Bionow’s 15th annual awards later this month.
This year’s shortlist for the ceremony, which is sponsored by Manchester Science Partnerships, has been released and winners will be announced at a special black-tie event on Thursday November 24 at Mere Golf Resort and Spa, Cheshire.
The awards will highlight excellence and enterprise of the region’s life science sector, including members of the Bionow biomedical sciences community.
Dr Geoff Davison, chief executive of Bionow, said: “Life science is one of the genuine strengths of the North of England economy and our short list represents an impressive array of dynamic, innovation-based companies and remarkable individuals.
“They are the leaders responsible for the innovation and world class science that flows from our region.”
Awards across 10 categories will showcase the achievements of both individuals and businesses.
