APAM offloads Princes Court offices

OFFICE development Princes Court in Nantwich, Cheshire, has been sold by APAM to London-based FCFM Group.

Commercial property consultant Legat Owen, completed the sale and has been subsequently appointed to market three office buildings totaling more than 18,000sq ft.

Princes Court is currently undergoing a comprehensive refurbishment under its new owners to create modern office accommodation for SMEs.

Approximately 8,000sq ft of the building is already occupied to tenants including Feeling Great Health and Nutrition and Ensure Safety & Training on new five year leases.

Jamie Burke at FCFM, said: ‘We are delighted to have purchased the Princes Court office complex.

“We are currently rebranding, renovating and redecorating the offices. Our aim is to create a thriving business community in Princes Court.

“We can cater for various sizes of tenants from small startups and sole traders up to SMEs.”

Andy Butler, director at Legat Owen, which has offices in Nantwich and Chester, said: “The occupational office market in Nantwich is performing well. Due to little new build development for some time, there is a general lack of availability of good quality space in Crewe and the surrounding Nantwich area, which has seen the building receive good levels of interest since the acquisition.”
