Bank appoints new corporate and commercial supremo

Santander Corporate and Commercial has appointed Tony Dean as its new regional director for the North West.
Based in Manchester, Dean will lead the business in the region, providing a personalised service and support network to local businesses.
He will support the development and maintenance of a network of clients in the professional business community, helping the bank to further expand into the division.
Dean has more than 25 years’ experience working with customers in the corporate and commercial field, from owner managed businesses through to the region’s largest corporates.
He previously worked for RBS where he ran the bank’s private equity business and the structured finance business, helping support the relationship directors complete more complex funding transactions.
Most recently, Dean worked for HSBC where he managed a portfolio of large privately owned businesses and corporates.
Dean said: “I look forward to working with the rest of the team in continuing to grow the business by providing on-going support to new and existing customers.”
