First look: Addleshaw Goddard moves into One St Peter’s Square

AS law firm Addleshaw Goddard’s staff move into their new home at 1 St Peter’s Square, we are giving you a first sneaky peak inside.

The firm has taken 56,000 sq ft over two and a half floors on a 20-year lease and says the investment underlines its commitment to the region.

The open plan fit-out was undertaken by Styles and Wood, with a similar style to its new Leeds office and the London office. Addleshaws says this will help to create a more collaborative team culture and better cross-sector focus.

The firm is actively hiring at the moment and the new offices give space for the firm to grow by 20% from its current headcount of around 400 staff.

Features include ‘hot boxes’ for hotdesking staff to put their belongings into lockers, meeting pods and large open meeting areas.

Incidentally, the kitchen which services the firm’s canteen is larger than that of restaurant Fumo downstairs, according to partners.
