Chemicals firm to make Trafford Park its European sales office

M G Chemicals, the global manufacturer and wholesaler of chemical products for the electronics industry, will house its European sales office at premises on Trafford Park, Manchester.

Following a deal brokered by real estate advisors Colliers International,  the global business headquartered in British Columbia, Canada, with major manufacturing facilities in Ontario, has taken a five-year lease on the 5,188sq ft Unit 26 on Ashburton Park, Wheel Forge Way, Trafford Park.

Unit 26, the last available premises on Ashburton Park, offers dedicated loading and parking areas and an additional mezzanine floor of 1,565 sq ft.

Laura Wilbourn, surveyor, industrial and logistics at the Manchester office of Colliers International, secured the deal and said: “The letting to M G Chemicals proves the enduring popularity of Trafford Park as a strategically positioned location offering easy access to the regional motorway system and ongoing connectivity to the wider North and destinations further afield.”
