Former hotel and UCFB centre up for grabs for £1m

The refurbished former Sparrow Hawk Hotel in Burnley town centre is up for sale for £1m.

Closed as a hotel in 2010, the building has been used as a university hall of residence for the past three years for students of football business educator UCFB.

The building is being marketed by Nolan Redshaw following UCFB’s relocation into Manchester.

Jonathan Pickles of Nolan Redshaw said: “This is a significant instruction for us in central Burnley and this is a important landmark building which has been fully refurbished for use as halls of residence and now provides good potential for similar use or residential conversion.”
