Ultimate Products launches £105m IPO

Oldham-based innovative consumer goods group Ultimate Products listed on the London Stock Exchange today (Monday, March 6) in a £105m float – one of the biggest IPOs of the year to date.

UP global Source Holdings announced 82,169,600 ordinary shares had been admitted to trading on the London Stock Exchange.

Dealings started at 8am under the ticker UPGS with Shore Capital acting as brokers.

Ultimate Products is based in a former mill in Oldham, but also has an office in China. It employs about 200 staff.

It sells about 2,500 different products to more than 300 retailers across 38 countries and counts Amazon, Argos, B&M and Homebase among its customers.
