Firm launches £1m customer data system

A Manchester-based company has launched “pioneering” customer data technology after investing over £1m bringing it to market.

ITM Group UK has spent more than two years developing the real-time predictive analytics platform, called Adsertor.

The technology has already been piloted successfully with a number of companies including Manchester e-commerce retailer Aguri and leading North West hotel Northcote Manor. It is now being rolled out to businesses nationally and internationally.

ITM Group UK chief executive Tim Roberts said: “Adsertor will have a transformational impact on the way SMEs do business increasing customer engagement, acquisition and retention.

“Collecting, visualising and exploring customer data is essential to every single business.

“There is not a single sector that would not benefit from a much deeper understanding of their data and, as a result of the insights gained, being able to vastly improve customer experience. This, in turn, results in much higher sales conversion rates.

“Adsertor is already delivering fantastic results for businesses, providing them with real-time information that allows them to engage with their customers on a very personal level.

“By harnessing all of a company’s data in one place, on a single dashboard, businesses are able to interact quickly and dynamically with existing and prospective customers.

“Adsertor allows clients to reach their customers with content that is totally relevant to their busy lives and to engage with them on a range of digital platforms including email, mobile and social media.”

Adsertor is unique in allowing businesses to centralise all their data in one place – including analytics and their CRM system. It allows companies to build a complete picture of their customers and ensure all marketing activity is personalised and measurable.

Roberts was previously the founder, chief executive and Chairman of the award-winning Manchester-based digital marketing agency I-COM.
