Nolan Redshaw appointed to sell Burnley site

BURY-based property consultancy Nolan Redshaw has been instructed to market a 2.5 acre site within the Weavers Triangle area in Burnley.

The site has already been granted planning permission for residential, commercial and retail use and Nolan Redshaw has been appointed to secure a suitable developer to take the site forward.

Paul Nolan, from Nolan Redshaw, said: “This is an exciting opportunity, which can be developed either in isolation or together with the adjacent Burnley Council land.
The site is mostly cleared and would provide a developer with an exciting development opportunity as it does not have the constraints of existing Conservation Area buildings”.
