Review eases cash flow at Holidaybreak

HOLIDAYBREAK, the leisure company behind Eurocamp and school holidays specialist PGL, expects to have more cash after revising the lifespan of its mobile home fleet.

The listed company, which is based near Northwich, Cheshire, said a review by its camping division concluded it could get an extra two years out of the facilities, on average.

“This will have a material positive impact on the group’s cash flow in the medium term,” said chief executive Martin Davies.

Holidaybreak is hosting an investor day at its PGL outdoor education centre near Swindon today.

It said no new financial information would be released but it reiterated a previous statement that it is performing in line with expectations and confident of delivering a good performance for the year.

The group now expects to announce its full year results for the 12 months to September 30 on November 30.
