Critchlow to drive deal flow at RSM Tenon

BUSINESS development expert Mark Critchlow has been lured from corporate finance house Ford Campbell to national firm RSM Tenon.

Mr Critchlow spent seven years with Manchester-based Ford Campbell, where he was sales director. Prior to that he has nearly 20 year’s experience in senior business development and sales management with GE Commercial Finance, Burdale and International Factors.

In his role as associate director at RSM Tenon, Mr Critchlow will work alongside the firm’s North West head of corporate finance, John Daly, and other senior directors, to generate new deals and to unlock value for clients.

Mr Critchlow said: “I am delighted to be making the move to RSM Tenon at such a landmark point for the UK economy. The firm’s range of counter-cyclical services has insulated it from the turbulence in financial markets and now we see a huge growth opportunity for corporate finance as we emerge from recession.”

John Daly, North West head of corporate finance at RSM Tenon, added: “This is a significant appointment for us, and is a signal of our intention to grow and increase market share over the coming year. During recent months, we have  seen signs of growing confidence in the deals market.

“Mark’s arrival, coupled with the existing talent and experience within our team, positions us strongly to help our clients capitalise on the growing number of M&A opportunities in the marketplace.”
