FAST-GROWING PR firm Paver Smith has snapped up another agency, Wilmslow-based Pazang PR.

The deal follows last month’s acquisition of Manchester-based Stripe Communications and last year’s deal for Factory Communications.

Pazang will now move to Paver Smith’s new office in Spinningfields, Manchester.

In a statement its founder Tanya Arturi said she was selling up following the birth of her son. She is also keen to focus on developing a lifestyle magazine called Prestbury Living.

Pazang account director Charlotte Jones will now join Paver Smith.

“We’ll take growth and high calibre people from wherever they may come,” said Dougal Paver, Paver Smith’s managing director.

“Charlotte’s highly respected with a great consumer and professional services background and will be a great help to Denise Mullen in growing our Manchester presence.”

According to Paver Smith, which has its head office in Liverpool, it now has 37 staff and will turnover £2.8m this year.
