Wigan office block up for grabs

PROPERTY investor Telereal Trillium has appointed Manchester agent GL Hearn to dispose of one of the largest office schemes in Wigan. 

The 13,000 sq ft three-storey Mesnes House is available on a long leasehold basis.

The scheme, at the junction of Bridgeman Terrace and New Market Street, is close to the town centre and motorway links.
